Is it possible to forgive and forget? Should we forget, even if we can forgive? We may forgive the personal wrongs done to us; but do we have the right to forgive wrongs done to others - like violence to a child of on an international scale, the horrors of the holocaust?
The author comes to grips with these hard questions, which concern every one of us, and take us through the four stages of forgiveness - hurt, hate, healing and reconciliation - which can heal deep-seated pain stemming from even harsh and undeserved wrongs which we have suffered.
Also the hardest question - when you have noone to blame, can you forgive God?
